Getting appropriate training with some of Long Island's most talented coaches just got easier. Join us in July 2010 for early summer training at our Foundation Long Island Day Camp at Bethpage State Park.

Choose from three outstanding programs:
Cross Country: This program will include early summer training on the Bethpage State Park Cross Country course.
Speed & Fitness: This program is intended for soccer or football players, jumpers or sprinters, or any athlete interested in increasing their overall fitness level.
Middle School: For our 6th, 7th and 8th graders, we have found a way to make 'getting in shape' fun! Come join us!
Youth Progam: A program for campers ages 7 - 12. An abbreviated fitness program that includes games and physical fitness activities. The focus is on FUN and SAFETY, while teaching the importance of exercise! Supported by the USATF - Long Island.
All Programs include:
Appropriate and safe training by certified coaches for all levels of fitness
1 to 5 ratio: staff to camper
Trained Medical Staff
T-shirts and Tons of giveaways!
